How do I book an appointment?
Tap any “Book Now” button to choose your branch, or message us on WhatsApp / call us directly. We'll confirm your time, therapist and any consultation you may need. Walk-ins are welcome too, subject to availability.
Where are your branches?
We have two lounges in Dubai: our flagship in Sports Society Mall, Mirdif, and our newest lounge at The Galleries, Meydan Avenue (Nad Al Sheba 1). Both offer the full Adore menu.
What are your opening hours?
Mirdif is open Monday–Thursday 10:00 AM–10:00 PM and Friday–Sunday 10:00 AM–midnight. Meydan is open every day 12:00 PM–10:00 PM. Hours can vary on public holidays.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome whenever we have availability. For popular services like colour, lashes, facials and weekends, we recommend booking ahead so we can reserve the right specialist for you.
Is there parking?
Both branches sit within malls/retail destinations with convenient, free parking — easy in and out for your appointment.
What are your hygiene standards?
Hygiene is non-negotiable. Tools are sterilised between every guest, single-use items are used where possible, and our spaces are cleaned to a high standard throughout the day.
Do you offer bridal and group bookings?
Absolutely. We love brides and celebrations — from bridal hair, makeup, lashes and henna to group pamper days. Message us and we'll build a bespoke package and timeline for your event.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards and cash, and our gift cards are redeemable across every service at both branches.
Can I request a specific stylist or therapist?
Of course — just let us know when booking and we'll do our best to reserve your preferred specialist, subject to their schedule.
Do you cater to sensitive skin and allergies?
Yes. Please tell us about any sensitivities or allergies when booking so we can patch-test where needed and select the gentlest products for you.
